Adding a Family Member

If you are new to the gym and joining with a family member or you are an existing member that wants to sign up a family member, having a family account gets you the following benefits:

  • Each additional family member gets a 20% discount off of any membership

  • You can have a single payment method for all family members

  • All communications can go to the primary family member

  • The primary family member can manage the families contact information


How to Add a Family Member

  1. If you don't already have a membership account, you will need to create one first.

    1. To create a membership account, go to the Sign Up page and fill in the information

    2. The initial member can use a discount code for a discount off their membership. Additional family members will get 20% off the membership price, not the initial members discounted price.

  2. The initial member will then create a Family Account by clicking on the "Add Family Member" button on their membership page.


  1. When you click on "Add Family Member" you will be presented with a new Sign Up form. This is for the additional family member. Fill out the form.

    1. Note that the 20% discount will be applied after they are added. You do not fill out the discount code.

    2. When complete, click on "Save Details"


  1. Your second family member is now added and your family account is setup.

  2. Your additional family member now has their own account and you are now the Primary Manager of your family account.

  3. You can also add more family members to your family account.


  4. You are all set!
